ROBIN LAVE OHLAUSSON

I allow myself to be captivated by the intricate patterns in a concrete foundation, by ancient ceramic mugs from Transylvania, and by speckled, tightly compressed guitar distortion – rough over slick any day. At the same time, I embrace a kind of perfectionism, and my daily quest revolves around finding the subtle balance between these two extremes.

I pursue the feeling of freedom as I glide along a desolate country road on my motorcycle, when I carve down untouched snow slopes on my snowboard, or when I frame subjects and movements through the lens of my camera. Adrenaline pulses in harmony with deep breathing exercises to solfeggio frequencies.

I welcome change and development as a constant philosophy of life, and my thoughts always revolve around the next big adventure.

FREDRIC SEHÉLER

I love darkness, dystopian tales, and industrial design back in the USSR, rough fabrics like hemp canvas, and pickups from the American 1950s golden era of trucking. I like all sorts of things, industry, manufacturing, artisanry, sewing, hunting, fishing, gardening, music, pictures, poetry, design, architecture, arts, and crafts; lately I’ve been massively into pottery. It can’t be helped. I suddenly and hopelessly fall in love with things. No doubt I’m a professional and dead serious about my business. But when it comes to the rest I’m an amateur. Amateur means lover.
